Admiral Zumwalt Agent Orange Report

Admiral Zumwalt concluded in his 1990 Report that there is adequate evidence for the VA Secretary to “reasonably conclude that it is at least as likely as not” that there is a relationship between exposure to Agent Orange and a multitude of health problems.”
